GPU Great
CPU good but can do with OC
Motherboard budget board not well suited fro OC
PSU Budget unit with 3 years warranty, better longer lasting units available from several vendors.

It will all work together .

Hi,

The only thing I would replace is the hard drive for a 1 tb Western Digital black with 5 year warranty. If your on a budget, stick with your pick.

Like rolli59 said change the MB, If you want gigabyte then get the GA-970A-UD3 at least, or ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+.
Here from the website;
Gigabyte 970A-Ds3P: Supports AMD AM3+ FX/ AM3 Phenom™ II, Athlon™ II series processors http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...
GA-970A-UD3: Supports newest AMD AM3+ FX/AM3 Phenom™ II series processors http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...

Pay attention the "newest" that mean the Gigabyte 970A-Ds3P can support the 6 or 8 cores, but you may not OC because it only has the 4+1 power phase count. The 970a-ud3 has 8+2 count.

For ram I would suggest 2x4Gb(dual channel) sticks not a single stick, I would also suggest replacing the PSU with a higher quality unit.
