So guys, here is the thing... I just bought a new PC and the store built it to me, but the case had a scratch so I complained and they changed the case, but I think that they didn't re-apply the thermal paste on my corsair h60, is there any way for me to check it?

Only way to really know is to take it off. But then you'll have to clean and reapply anyway.

if they didn't reapply the thermalpaste? If they just used with the one that was already here, what's gonna happen? overheat? I really don't trust them, tech service in Brazil is a shame.

That depends. Did you run it before you took it back? If so, taking it off the CPU means it should have been cleaned and reapplied.

If you don't trust them, I'd just do it anyway. Just to be sure.

Do you know what should be the average temperature for a FX-6300 with the H60? In celsius? without overclock... I pretend to overclock it only in some months

Turn it on and go immediately to the BIOS. Check the temps from within and report back.

You could loosen the bolts on the cooler and see if it feels like it's stuck.
