Is it possible to reach the reference GTX 670's performance with a mild overclock on a Gigabyte GTX 760 WindForce? I'm asking that because I currently have a GTX 670 from Zogis which has been giving me headaches because of how loud and unneficient the blower cooler is, but a friend of mine has a 760 WindForce which he could trade with me for the 670.
My case is a Thermaltake V4, with two fans, one Akasa Viper exhaust at the back and one CoolerMaster silent fan intake at the front.

Is that "OC" refering to the factory overclock Gigabyte has done or to the maximum overclock the reviewers were able to get out of the 760?

The Gigabyte GTX 760 should be able to reach the speed with a small overclock without any problems. If you check out some GTX 670´s then you will find out that most of them have a lower clock speed of the graphics core and the GDDR5 memory has the same speed. So I say yes.
