You would do better with a 2x4GB RAM kit to get dual-channel mode.
Make sure the PSU is the CX-600M, the modular one. Both models are made by CWT, but the non-modular one contains some inferior Samxon capacitors that do not like heat and are known for early failure. I would not use one in a gamer.
You will very likely want to overclock your processor, if not immediately then likely in the near future. To that end, get an aftermarket cooler. I use and recommend the Xigmatek Gaia over the more-often parroted Hyper212 EVO; per Frostytech it's quieter, and per these reviews it's a little better:

(ignore that URL, it was the EVO they tested, not the Plus). Although its price was recently jacked, the Gaia is also still a few dollars cheaper as well.

Everythings looks good, except for the ram, get a 2x4gb kit for dual channel. Is this build for gaming or heavy multi tasking? If just for gaming i'm recommending the i5 Haswells, the 4570 or the 4670k, would be more efficient than the 8320 man.
