Wow, I found what looks to be a great deal on newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227494 - I notice it has a geforce gtx 760 and a 600 watt psu. My concerns would be if the psu could support the video card fine and if bottlenecking would occur in any part of the computer and if it would hurt gameplay performance. I am looking to have great fps with no lag, but I am on a budget, so no $1,000 video cards. I play games like apb reloaded, war thunder, just cause 2, cs:go, games like that. I do not play crysis 3 or high end games like that. So would this be a good deal or not, and if the system would overheat easily (poor ventilation), things like that, that would be a big concern. I see that the company is 'ibuypower'.. Are they a good/trustworthy company?

The link you provide actually leads to a PC with a GTX 760 not the GTX 670 Ti. Actually, I do not even know if the GTX 670 Ti exist at all. The GTX 760's performance is between the GTX 660 Ti and the GTX 670.

The FX-4200 is a Bulldozer generation FX CPU so it is not exactly a great CPU. Bulldozer was a bit of a let down in performance. It was newer than the Phenom II series, but Bulldozer did not perform better than the Phenom II generation AMD CPUs in many game benchmarks. The general opinion was that the older Phenom II was marginally better than Bulldozer.

I would avoid that PC. Look for another one which has a PileDriver generation CPU; the FX-43xx, FX-63xx and FX-83xx series CPUs are PileDriver generation.
