7990 Not running At Full Potential.

Hello I have a MSi 7990 and I'm having some problems. The FPS seem to be in over the place ranging from 8-300 in Bioshock and 30-140 in battlefield 4. When running afterburner I've noticed the card isn't running at a very stable usage. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have a 8350 CPU and 8Gb Ram.

Try setting GPU fans to 100% and recheck in Afterburner.

I have similar problem with 7950 - issue is probably caused by very strict temperature rules set in BIOS of GPU or in Catalyst drivers.

I plan to change the newest stable Catalyst to some beta driver - mb it'll help.
