Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 is great for overclock. Asus M5A97 LE will be enough for stock.
A stock FX-6300 & Radeon R9 270x is a great match. Can you get a FX-6350? Even better if you do.
Great PSU choice! Both!

The next FX processor would be 8350 . . and no i dont plan to over clock, that's why im trying to budget the mobo to get the best GPU . . Is my PSU would suffice this GPU?

Yes. Antec or Seasonic are both good choices.

No need for an FX 6350. FX 6300 will run @ FX 6350 speed with just a minor multiplier bump. Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 is a decent little board that accepts 125w CPU's If not overclocking and not going to run CF or SLI, you really don't need more. You might be able to go FX 8320 and Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 for about the same price as FX 6300 and one of those more expensive 970 boards.
