Which motherboard will pair with my AMD FX 6300 black edition processor the best? Preferably mATX style board and it doesn't have to but it would be nice if it supported mild overclocking. i have around 60-70$ USD and amazon would be my preferred retailer of choice.

Thanks for your help i went ahead and bought the gigabyte one you linked.

I have the FX 6300 paired with a Gigabyte GA78-LMT-S2P with the 760G chipset (same chipset as your board). When I run the Passmark Performance Test, the CPU score is only 3,675, compared to 6,391 on Passmark's benchmark site. (Running Windows 8, 32 bit, and I am not overclocking the CPU). I was told on this forum that although the FX 6300 will work on the 760G chipset motherboards, performance will be less than advertised due to limitations of the 760G chipset. My experience seems to bear this out.

You may want to download and run the Passmark Performance test (free 30 day trial, and it works with limited functionality after that). I would be interested to see what your benchmark CPU score is.
