PSU in my PC: http://i.imgur.com/lkr4Isz.jpg The output values can be seen in the image.

I am adding a AMD HD 5570 to my PC ( Intel E5700 3.0GHz, G41 Combo Rev 1.3 Mobo, 2gb Kingston RAM (will upgrade to 4gb), Seagate 500gb HDD). Is my PSU good enough to power the GPU?

The little HD 5570 is only a 45W card maxed out: http://www.hwcompare.com/188/radeon-hd-5570/ That's about 3.75 amps on the +12V rail. The CPU is a 65W processor that draws about 5.4 Amps @ +12V maxed out. Allowing for a couple drives and fans, etc, you should be OK.
