Any Bottlenecks or Issues before I purchase?

CPU Cooler - The Noctua is nice, but isn't really needed. The Hyper 212 will keep your temps in check for a fraction of the cost.

MEM - The higher speeds aren't going to benefit you all that much. The memory below is DDR3-1600, but is lower latency (CL8) which will perform very well. No need to go with anything over 1.5v modules.

SSD - Fine and all, but without a rebate to lower that cost look toward the 840 EVO.

HDD - No WD unless it is a Black drive.

PSU - Antec, Corsair, XFX or Seasonic. 750w has you set up to add a second GPU down the road. If you have no plans to do that, then drop to a 550w unit.

I have all the colors of WD drives that's Black, Blue, Green, and Red
For the Black drive, I see absolutely no difference between the Blue.
So getting the Blue won't impact on his performance, since his main drive is a SSD.

These drives go head-to-head from a performance standpoint. The SSD is the important part here, so I will agree that neither drive will have an adverse impact on real world performance. Both are good selections (after removing personal bias). Maybe the more important aspect between these drives would be the price-to-performance ratio. The Seagate 2TB at $7 more than the Blue 1TB provides the better value in my opinion.

Will do! One last quick question. Would you both recommend buying some aftermarket 120mm fans to add to this CoolerMaster 932 HAF Tower for increased efficiency and lifespan? If so, how many and what brand?

That case already has all the fans. If your buying then it's just for spare parts. Get them when you need to replace it.
