Is there any way to post pictures? Anyways i've just purchased a brand new Corsair 750RM Gold+ 92% certified fully modular. The warranty seal on the supply has been clearly scratched. The box is brand new and looked 200% guenuine and unopened. Newegg support replied with something extremely nonsense, almost claming that I have personally scratched it (for what reason would i do that, please?)

What should I do?

Looks inconsequential to me. Install the PSU and don't worry about it. Nice PSU, by the way. Good choice.

Thanks, COLGeek. I might have a question for you though. Do you think that if i Put the PSU with the fan facing upwards, it will shoot all the heat on my GPU? I'm using a Corsair 500R (picture: That thing under the PSU). And my GPU is a 780 Asus GTX 780 CU2.

It seems like the PSU screws won't fit if i put it with the fans facing downwards.

The fan pulls air into the PSU and then exhausts it out the back of the case. It does not blow air back towards the CPU.

That PSU has thermal issues.

''Ambient temperature 35°C (95°F) or higher
Zero ambient airflow, i.e. no airflow provided by system fans or by fans on other components''

The second condition seems kind of impossible in my case
