Hi, this is my first pc build and I had some questions.

I want to know what type of CPU cooling I should use?
I hear liquid cooling is the best and I'm too scared to build my own so I wanted to get a closed loop cooler, I hear the corsair h100i is the best option at the moment? Am I on the right track?
Also how many fans should I use for this build? I decided on Noctua fans but I don't know how many I should buy and what sizes I will need. Please help, thanks! (I want to keep the system cool with overclocking and quiet.
