I have a 500GB HD in my new PC, my PC is great but I didn't get a bigger one because I have leaving stuff that I don't use on PC (when I finish a game I uninstall it). So, to the question... should I split it? I was thinking about 100Gb to C:/(windows,drivers,players) and the rest (365Gb) to the rest, Games,Videos,Movies... Is it a good idea?

I don't see how partitioning the drive will make it perform or boot faster.
You still have 1 physical hard drive. It doesn't care about partitions.
It simply reads data that the OS is able to understand.
I don't know that you will see any performance gain.

I can say that I just lost a whole drive because of a split partition where the back partition, D: was encrypted. The windows C: partition became corrupted and I couldn't recover it because utilities like System Restore and Disk Cleanup and Recovery Console want the encryption key in order to repair the broken partition(not encrypted). Weird but, my lesson has been learned. Don't lose your encryption key - ever.
