I am building my first gaming computer and looking for some hardware advice. Looking for casual (eventually more hardcore) gaming. Would like to start recording game play as well. So some video editing. Then whatever else I decide to do x-D

The build:
Asus Sabertooth Z87 MOBO
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Asus+-+The+Ultimate+Force+Z...
Intel i7 4770k
Thermaltake 850 watt atx
Corsair Hydro CPU cooler
Corsair vengance (2x8gb) memory
Samsung Evo 250GB SDD
Samsung Evo 120GB SDD back-up (on-sale)
and basic cheap optical drive
All in a raidmax vampire Full tower ATX

I am very new at this, so sorry for the newb-ism. Just looking for any advice and trying to make sure I don't screw it up.
As far as I can tell all is compatible and good quality. I am purposely leaving out GPU for now. Have an old gts 250 until I decide on what type of card to get. Any advice helps - Thanks

You can go ahead and get a full 1tb or maybe 2tb hard rive because when you record videos, it takes up a lot of space.

You should probably look into a higher build quality that is in Seasonic, Corsair HX850/AX860 are good choices.

I would definitely pair that rig with nothing less than a GTX 780 or a r9 290. If you can do SLI/Xfire, even better.

Switched out Samsung Eo 120gb for WD 1TB HD and PS changed to Corsair HX850. I plan on at least a gtx 770. I'm waiting til close to the end of the build for that part just because of budget. I will repost shortly with a better format for my build and links. Thank you!
