4GB or 2GB vRAM on Call of Duty Ghosts

Well, I have GTX 760 with 4GB and it runs awesome, it also actually uses 4GB of VRAM and this is the only game that does that. I cannot find on the web any logical comparison between 2GB and 4GB though.
