I have SLI graphic cards and I am not getting the full performance from them some of the games i play has low FPS like Assasin's Creed IV i get 12 FPS, which doesn't make sense so I dont know what is wrong with my pc.

I checked The PCI slots and the Bridge no change, Nvidia Control Panel showing both cards.

More about : gtx 670 sli isnt performing

We're in the same situation I'm having troubles with my gtx 670 sli. Im only getting 40+ FPS in BF 4 high setting no AA at 5760 x 1080p.

From what I've researched probably you could try to disable core parking. Most of the time they said its the CPU.

Try to google how to disable core parking and let me know if it worked for you because I will give it a try after work.

Would check later after work.. I just did my SLI yesterday though and haven't my sli. Just did play BF 4 to check if its working. Cause when I was running a single gtx 670 I was 30+ fps on 5760x1080 and when I had SLI 40+fps only minimal improvement at all
