Freeze and crash when playing games.

My computer is freezing and crashing when playing games, it happens after about 5 minutes of playing cod ghosts, and after a few hours of bf4. I have reinstalled os and problem still persists. I just changed back to windows 7 and got a message after crash today saying it was a video hardware problem. I change the cooler on my gpu to an accellero twin turbo ii a few months ago so maybe I damaged the card. I am saving for a new gpu atm but just trying to find if there is anything else I can do whilst I am saving. This is sysdata.xml if anyone here can make sense of it it would be great.

CPU and GPU stay cool, GPU doesn't exceed 50 and cpu is about the same.

pc specs: nothing oc'd

i7 4770k with hyper 212 evo

evga 660ti sc with accelero twin turbo ii

asus z87 pro

corsair cx 750m was cx 600m but changed it to check that this wasn't the problem.

samsung 840 120 gb

windows 8 pro 64 and windows 7 ultmate 64 bit

8gb corsair vengeance 2133mhz ram running at 1600mhz
