Could I sli two EVGA GeForce GTX650Ti Boost 1GB GDDR5 192-Bit together? would that let me play modern games on low settings(high settings hurt my eyes) and could i sli three of them together if i wanted to go a little crazy? or would i be better off getting some video card created by nasa used in the production of optimus prime

Depends on whether or not your motherboard supports it; a model number would help.

But yes, SLI 650 Ti Boosts would likely give you low settings on newer games.

That card will only run in dual SLi not Tri-SLi.
