Question about my hydro cooler

re-post:

I want to know if my fan positioning is good in my case, the case I'm using is a Sentey Cobra GS 6010 plus. This case is very open on the side.

The fan position is like that:
1st: Bottom/Front is taking air in the case
2nd: Top of the case has space for 2 fans, but I just have 1 taking air out
3rd: This one is the fan of the Hydrocooler(H60), it is on the Back/Top of the case and it's taking air out.

The third one is making me very confused, because I think that the hydrocooler one must be taking cool air from outside to the radiator, but as it is on the back/top it must be taking the hot air out... I think I will get another fan and put on the other side of the radiator (I think it's called pull/push) it will be 2 fans blowing air out on the same hole (very strong air current).

What do you guys think that I should do?????

I have my H60 radiator at the back of my case where all the heat is, but even OC'ed my CPU never reached past 40C on 100% load.

But, is it ok to use the h60 fan throwing the air inside to the outside??

aaaand, is it fine to set 2 fans, one on each side of the radiator, both blowing air to outside the case?

That's also fine if you want lower temperatures. Just don't be a n00b like when I built my first PC and had both fans sucking away from each other XD.
