I have 3 ram units.
2x 2GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz
1x 4GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz (i just bought this one) : Kingston 4GB HyperX blu

Motherboard : Gigabyte P55A-UD3R

I don't know how to make all of the usable. The 2x 2GB are in Dual-Channel slots.
I would appreciate some help here!
Thanks in advance !

If it's a mobo that supports flex mode or AMD's equivilent - then want th 4GB in slot 1 (closest to the CPU) and the 2GB sticks in 3-4 that way you have 4GB in each channel and if they play nice you'll have all 8GB in dual channel. If they don't want to play (which is a strong possibility) give me a shout and we can try some voltage/timing adjustments
