ok guys I bought the amd athlon II 750k and the MSIFM2-A75MA-E35 A75 FM2 motherboard.
I know I am going to attempt to overclock the cpu so what do you guys recommend for cooling to get every last bit of speed out of the cpu ? Also I will be gaming mostly on 1024x768.And I know i want to at least play battlefield 4 on high so What video card would you guys recommend that I purchase?
Will I notice a big performance gain from what im using now which is a intel Pentium dual e2200 and 3 gb of ddr ram with an 8400 gs video card?
Also should 8gb of memory be enough?

Agreed go with the 212 evo and for the GPU get a 7850 or 7870 and make sure they are the 2GB versions. In gaming you will see a huge improvement.

7850 or 7870 should work fine for you at that resolution. Basically 7870 should work fine even if you play at FullHD resolution.
7850's you can get for 100-110 after rebates. 7870's have been available for about 140-150.

And over your existing machine you should see a massive improvement in performance.

Sold out right now, but should be in stock later on as it is the most popular 7870 in budget builds.
