Solution
99.9% everything will be fine ... i used to have 2 kingston hyperx blu 1600 cl9 modules running in dual channel mode in a core2duo system even tho the modules had a 2 year manufacturing difference...

only intel 2011 socket cpu's have quad channel memory ... it should run dual channel if everything goes well, to be 101% sure it's better to get a completely new kit ... but i wouldn't mess with too high frequencies on 16gb so this might as well be totally fine

Thanks for reply, as for buying a new kit entirley, the RAM does match the model # and the frecquency so I feel safe just buying another 8GB rather than going out and buying a whole 16GB (can't afford it anyway). and 1333mhz seems like the lowest frequceny there is for ddr3 so I again feel pretty safe
