Building an AMD home entertainment slash gaming pc

i have a budget under $1000 for the whole tower build. i have a left over case, with a few things reuseable like the front usb panel, and dvd/cd drive. i have a couple decent monitors. the old tower was a a budget system i bought from a friend the mobo died, as i was looking at replacing pieces i found it was too outdated to be worth the money so im starting over. the old tower was 4gb ram with a 512 nvidia something gpu. i want it to be alot better than that.

i Need to know if i messed up picking any components. i will shop around for price once i decide on the final list of parts.

i also need help picking a sub$200 gpu that can handle 2 monitors, moderate gaming, and flawless HD video streaming on a regular basis. i will eventually upgrade sound card.
