So recently, couldn't say exactly when, my windows started pulling huge amounts of ram. I have 16gb of ram and a 24gb pagefile set. when the computer first boots it starts around 2 gb of ram usage. As it stays on idle or not, it reaches up to 6 or 6.5 gbs of ram usage. And when i check page faults i have programs with millions of them. The computer seems slower than usual and if anyone has any possible tips please share! Oh and i have 4x4 gb ram on a maximus v formula with an i7 3770k. And one other thing I have my pagefile on my secondary hard drive if that can make a difference.

Hello... you have alot of things running in the background... type command MSCONFIG and send a Pic of the 'Startup" section/tab... start TaskManager and send Pic of "Processes" section/tab... start CONTROL PANEL/Program and Features, send a Pic of the screen.
Have you "DISK CLEAN lately? how about the COOKIE's cleanout? Old temperary files in the Windows Folder?
