will my i7 860 bottleneck my 290?

Solution

No, it should be up to the task of keeping that video card fed. If you haven't overclocked it though, that would add some performance for it too.

It ultimately depends on the application. On more intensive games (BF4 for example), I would expect to see some bottlenecking.
