how do i uninstall windows 7 from my laptop

if theres a sticker on the back of the lappy with the windows key on it, then its oem and tied to that laptop. to remove it and install windows on another pc while using the code from the lappy is classed as piracy by m.s. so they will refuse to activate your new install.
to remove windows all you do isn use the windows boot disk if you have 1. run it and either delete the primary partition and create a new 1 or format the drive that has windows on it. warning formatin wont destroy your data on the drive so it could still be recovered so if your wanting to permanently erase the data you will have to put the hdd into another machine and use shredding software.

I bought the computer a while ago with OS installed (do not know what type or version) and since then the kids installed a windows 7 but they do not want to send the newer windows 7 with the system. I am not computer savy and clueless as to what to do. I told the buyer that the system comes without OS installed and he is ok with it.
