Computer components Help!!

Well i just decided that im going to get new components to my pc and i want to know if they are compatible....
-MSI z77MA-g45 as Motherboard
-Asus 770 OC 2gb as GPU
-Intel i5-3450 as CPU
-Corsair H60 as CPU cooler
-Corsair 350D as Case
-Corsair CX750M as power supply
and thats it would you help me please!

The power supply seems a bit overkill for that build. I would suggest getting the seasonic m12 620w or the xfx pro series 650w. They should be more than enough. Also if you could push a few more bucks into the cpu the i5 3570k is a pretty decent choice. pcpartpicker.com has the 3570k for only 10$ more. The parts will work fine.

Thanks Setsudan and im thinking of actualice to sli configuration thats the reason of the 750w and i will get 3570k thanks again
