NO. APUs are made for general computer and were manufactured for NETBOOKS and TABLETS, NOT gaming rigs. To run High end games like BF4 you need a minimum of a Quad-Core system, which is a i5. Any AMD CPUs are normally at i3Core level, and to get to i5 you need to spend for the AMD HIGH END Cpus. i7 is the top of the chain for excellent performance on such high end games. Further you need a dedicated GPU.

YOU CAN"T GAME for less then $600 period (since you don't own a copy of Windows to install on any PC). Even if you went cheap, got a i5Core Desktop at Walmart ($349), then added a 600W PSU ($99+) to POWER a gaming card, then spent the rest on a gaming card ($149-$500) your still around $600, but your cranking High Level graphics 50FPS...
