Difference between EVGA and ASUS GTX 780 ti

Hi guys.

This may sound like a noob question but i can't find the answer anywhere.

As you can see from the title, i just wanted to know what the main difference between the two are?
The EVGA GTX 780 TI and the ASUS GTX 780 TI.

I know it may be a noob question but why is one more expensive than the other and who should i go with? Are they just made by different companies? i.e. ASUS and EVGA are given the cards by nvidia and make them thereselves? what's the difference?

the cards are the same, reference boards from nvidia. all they do is slap their logo, put a price and offer their own customer service. you should just go with the cheaper one

ahh i see now, I live in Australia and i can't find a retailer near me that sells EVGA but i've heard good things about them. I thought if there was a difference maybe i can get the EVGA shipped to me but now it's out of Gigabyte or ASUS.

Also I've heard ASUS has a better cooling integration so you can OC it better.

Either way, if i find a retailer that sells EVGA near me i'll be buying that. Thanks for your help guys!
