Massive frame loss in games

Ever since I updated my drivers for my radeon 7850 2gb from 12.4 to current catalyst driver I've been getting really bad frame loss in bf3.

My Gpu usage and core clock drops for some reason and my cpu usage goes to 99% and my game goes to 10 fps every couple of seconds.

any idea whats going on, i didn't have any issues before bf4 beta.

Im using the fx-6200 oc'ed at 4.5 ghz

Use control panel to uninstall catalyst and anything AMD related on your computer. Then open device manager go to display adapters, right click on your card and under the "driver" tab in properties select uninstall. After that you can download and install the latest catalyst version (not beta).

Still getting dips after using AMD'S uninstall utility and removing beta drivers, restarting, installing 13.9 and restarting computer.
It seems like its better though, maybe thats just me being optimistic

Problem solved, turns out my thermal paste on my cpu had run its course and was causing spikes of 255c, replaced the paste and everything runs good as new now.
