Obsidian 350D Case Wires and Gryphon MB

My Gryphon build seems to be going great (I took pictures, and will write a blog post of the entire build). I only ran into one real snag - the built-in connections for the case (HDD light, power, reset) don't have labels to show which of the two wires are the ground. There is a little arrow on each plastic connector, but I don't know if that is the hot wire or the ground.

Your help is much appreciated.

The white or black wire is usually the -, and the colored wire the + or ground. If that doesn't work, just try it one way and then the other. The power and reset buttons will work either way, and the LEDs for power and HDD activity don't draw enough volts or amps to be damaged by being connected in reverse, they just won't light.
