well,I'm new to this overclocking thing. When i put my cpu voltage usage to 266/100/16,i had a bluescreen that force me to shutdown. My cpu temperature is 29-32 c after the changes and 25-29 before.

i have (Acer F672CR) motherboard and the E4500 - 2.2 Ghz - Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
4 GB of RAM
Bios Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
Nvidia Geforce 8400 gs

Overclocking an OEM system (like your Acer motherboard) is nearly impossible. You simply don't have the controls available on a non-OEM motherboard (i.e., Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, etc). It may simply be time to upgrade your system to get the desired increase in performance.
