System Restore Problem

I did a system restore and it asks for Windows Installation disk. I don't have one. I used the Alt-F10 to get me back to erecovery management for my Acer laptop. I selected "cancel" the recovery and it's still asking to 'install Windows'. What next?

Go to your computer makers website, click support OR call the telephone number, and pay for a REPLACEMENT Windows DVD. That is the ONLY solution Tom's Hardware supports, and will not provide links to other (illegal) sources of Windows.
