hi, am using window 7 nd nw its not at all getting start, simply showing window screen and get shut off..... i can't log in and i don't this belongs to hardware or software problem

Power on computer, see BIOS screen (white text on black screen), repeatedly hit F8, can you get to SAFE MODE? If no, download DBAN, wipe computer clean of all software, reinsert Windows DVD and install from scratch. If yes for SAFE MODE, then do a system restore.

IF during any of this (DBAN, Windows install, system restore) you have a error, the Hard Drive may be failing and you then would need to consider replacing the PC, as the cost of a HDD is half that of a i3 Core new laptop/desktop at Walmart ($249).
