I have a zotac gtx 760 with sli and I want to pick up the new mars gtx 760 which also has sli. Are these two cards compatible? What kind of cpu do you guys recommend for sli?

Yes the two cards will work perfectly fine. Only thing is if the core clock speed and the memory clock speeds are different it would be best (more stable) to either overclock the slower one so that the two speeds are the same or downlock the the faster one. Also, make sure that the two cards have the same memory. I just checked the Zotac one and there are two models, the first is 2gb and the second is 4gb, so like I said make sure the Asus Mars one has the same memory amount.

If you have zotac gtx 760 in SLI, you will have two separate cards in sli mode, MARS gtx 760 is a single card with two 760 GPU chips on it. It uses only one PCI Ex slot. Do you have 3 PCI Ex slots on your Motherboard? If you have, then you can SLI the Mars with the existing Two Zotac cards to have a quad SLI setup. you will need a 3 way SLI bridge for this.

Make sure your power supply is powerful enough to run 4 GPUs, power consumption of MARS will be almost equal to 2 760 GPUs.
