If your computer USB are broken (does the pendrive work anyplace else BUT this laptop) and the DVD drive is broken (you click the button it doesn't pop out? Or you just saying Windows doesn't see the DVD drive?) then the computer is really had it and you need a new one, that you need to take better care of, they are fragile as you can see. New laptop i3 Core Walmart only $249!
Otherwise with no USB/No DVD there is NO WAY to fix the Hard Drive like that (makes me think the computer might be toast if your redoing the OS as well anyway)
