Windows 8 upgrade assistant problem

I wanted to install windows 8 since i heard from my friends that it is really good and better than windows 7 so i started the installation i picked i want to keep personal files only as my friend did and installation says we are getting few things ready and i get a windows 8 upgrade assistant problem http://i.imgur.com/qMeBnoq.jpg . And in my browser i get a message saying "You'll have to add your languages back in Windows 8." and i press confirm but nothing happens i tried waiting for 2 hours and still nothing and i also tried installing Mozilla and Google chrome but i had the same problem on both browsers here is a picture so you can see how it looks http://i.imgur.com/Hq3R8yu.jpg . Please guys help me i really want windows 8 i just cant figure this out on my own you guys were awesome and quickly helped me last time i asked for help so i am begging you to help me on this one
 
Solution

Insert blank DVD disk..Right click the ISO file, (in Downloads folder) and choose 'Burn to disk'. Your bootable DVD will be created.

when i try it with your setup it says that we cant connect right now and setup closes
 

Strange. I just checked the link and it worked for me. Did it download a setup file then ask for your product Key?
