I want a computer that can run games at a decent fps and with pretty good graphics. I had a budget of $600, but I bumped it up to $700. Let me know what you think!

Solution

It's also dramatically more expensive. For $140, a HD7870 is as good as it gets (and it's pretty good).

You do have the issue that most of the low priced HD7870s are all sold out, so the cheapest one is actually $178.

Places you can save money -
Case - $90 is an awful lot to spend on a budget of this size. Try $50-60, or grab an Antec One (or similar) for £30.
PSU - Swap the CX500M for a standard CX500 and save yourself $15.

Are you overclocking?
And did you really want the blu-ray reader?

Because the LE lacks heatsinks so it's a board I wouldn't even bother overclocking on, but you got an aftermarket cooler.
I can understand if you think the stock one is loud but any reason behind it?
