Thats a no brainer. At a 20$ premium you would always choose the 780ti as its much more powerful than the regular 780, even if its not OCed. Now if you meant to type 200$ which seems to be more correct, then buy the MSI gtx 780.

Well, I don't really know much about leadtek, but 780ti chips are only the best binned chips. They can't really get non-fully original chip since nvidia's the one who manufactured them. I believe leadtek is the same as WinFast? It's supposed to be priced the same as reference designs for the 780ti. Is that the case?

Yes they are also same as winfast , same company . You see the price very different other 780ti cost 100$ more than leadtek .

$100 less seems very, very odd. Maybe its mislabeled and should just be labeled as a regular 780? I couldn't find a leadtek 780ti doing a google search, only the leadtek 780 Hurricane 3.

Well, if it really does seem legit, then I don't see why you shouldn't get it. WinFast isn't a bad company (I don't know much about leadtek and how different, if at all, they really are). Besides, you can always return it. Just fire up gpu-z to verify the specs once it's installed.
