Hi all,
i have MB Asus Sabertooth p67 with PCI - e 2.0 and looking at GeForce GTX 780Ti with PCI -e 3.0 standard. Is the 3.0 backward compatible? If so, is there a performance hit?

Yes it is backwards compatible. On paper it has less performance, however, in reality a single card isn't really using enough juice to make it noticable. What CPU and PSU do you have?
