Strange "line" problem with LG 42LD450 via HDMI

When I'm playing games or watching netflix this line will appear when there's any kind of motion going on. I recorded it with my phone. It tends to appear at the bottom.

The input is coming from my computer which is using a Radeon HD 7950.

That's screen tearing, it tends to happen when the framerate of whatever you're running does not match the refresh rate of your display

It's nothing to worry about, Vsync usually fixes screen tearing if it bothers you that much

I have Vsync turned on and it still tears. but it's a bit less.

It's hardly damaging so I wouldn't be too worried about it. Yes it can get quite annoying but might as well just sit further back a bit and enjoy whatever you're playing
