Being ATA doesn't mean it's not compatible?

I think the only difference Is in how it powers a SATA hdd. What kind of hdd do u plan on using. U might need molex to SATA power adapters. I'm not certain but if u can snag a modular psu they are more up to speed with the times

The PSU has a 20 pin and a 24 pin ATX power (for the motherboard) and it only mentions one 4pin 12v cable for the motherboard, but yours has 8 pins.if if you only use 4 pin in the 8 pin of your motherboard idk if it will cause problems or not. does your old motherboard only have a single 4pin ATX from the psu? or did it have an 8 pin and you only used half the slot.?

with that said you should probably invest in a decent antec or corsair PSU, 600-650 watts will be ideal. You got your whole new build hinged on that PSU

Since you're buying a motherboard for a Haswell CPU you might as well make sure you're buying a Haswell compatible PSU.
