-Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 3GB DDR5 - Overclocked from the Factory ( Plays Tomb Raider/ -Need for Speed MW/ Metro Last Light/ Mass Effect 3/ Diablo 3/ Bf3/ WOW and others at MAX -settings 60FPS w Vsync. Smooth as butter!)

You are getting a reasonable deal I would say, but try to get it for $700 to make it worth the best.

Without specific models of the cpu and m/b, it's difficult to judge. If it's just the parts you listed above, you could put basically the same system together on pcpartpicker for $750.

If this is a used system, $400 tops. If it's a new system, what else is included (like o/s, cpu cooler, etc)?

Up for Sale is my 4 month old gaming setup.

I build computers for a hobby and this was gonna be used alongside my current gaming rig.
Truth be told I have absolutely no use for it as I thought I would have used it for LAN ing with friends. Needless to say , this computer has about $1400 invested in parts/ accessories/ and Windows 8 Genuine. I have all original packaging for just about everything including the monitor and Case.

Inside of the PC:
-Cobra Max Case - Green LEDs
-AMD X4 CPUs Quad Core Processor 4.2 Ghz to 4.6Ghz OC ready
-Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 3GB DDR5 - Overclocked from the Factory ( Plays Tomb Raider/ -Need for Speed MW/ Metro Last Light/ Mass Effect 3/ Diablo 3/ Bf3/ WOW and others at MAX -settings 60FPS w Vsync. Smooth as butter!)
