I need a CPU cooler that will fit in the Cougar Spike Case

A cooler master evo will fit. Your case has a width of 180mm. My case is 210mm, but mine has room behind the mobo for cables. Meaning you have about the same amount of room as mobo to wall so the cooler will fit.
In this review they use a cooler like the size of the Evo.
