i want a vbs script that would run at startup without pasting it in startup folder

Well you could always make the vbs script hidden so it doesn't show in the startup folder? Just giving an option not sure the circumstances of your situation.

You could add it in the registry key, make a new string value in:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
