pc keeps crashing

im using windows 8.1 with z77 sabertooth with 17 3770k, 16g ram running at 4.4g, my pc keeps crashing I have re-installed window cleared cmos but still crashing need help??

just says window has a problem and has to restart then I might restart, but sometime it says bios overclock setting has failed and takes me it to bios, I have just flashed the bios with the bios that came with the mb disc

for got to say im running 2 670gtx in sli,
everything was ok until window 8.1
I was using the latest bios for my board which supported window 8.1
do you think maybe it was that??
