High Speed 8GB or medium speed 16GB Z87 I5 4670k

Im builing a new system. I want 16 GB but 8GB will be enough. Im using this system for a long time so I want RAM that will last. What RAM should I get?

I have one requirement: It must be black or grey, or white if that exists.

System specs (the one I'm building):

Core I5 4670k
G1 Sniper 5
Air 540
OCZ 1000w Gold PSU or XFX 850 GOLD PSU
Swiftech H320 or H100I
Dual GTX 780's (HOF from Galaxy if i can afford them)

Since you're looking at a liquid cooler- high or low profile won't matter, with how Haswell scales to DRAM (extremely well) I'd look for a minimum of 2x8GB 1866/9, you'd prob like the GSkill Snipers, great sticks, strong and w/ OC headroom

Makes sense, but is there any other cheaper option, vengeance possibly? I don't want to spend a lot on RAM, only enough, so I can put more towards the 780's. Seeing as you are saying that Haswell scales better with DRAM, 16GB makes sense, but could I get 1866 with CAS 10 to try to keep cost down?
