Hi i have a XL2411T rev 2.0 144hz monitor i just got. This maybe a stupid question but when i set my monitor to 144hz it only goes to native and not 1080p is there a way to set it at 144hz 1080p with dvi-d or am i being stupid lol.

Not at all. I just don't know the answer. Kinda. I have a hunch that 1080p 144Hz might exceed the bandwidth of your cable if it isn't up to specification.

That cable should be capable of 1080p 144 Hz, so if the cable is the problem, then I would imagine this would work. Maybe it will work, maybe it won't. I don't know for sure; it's just a hunch. You could also try a DisplayPort cable.
