amd fx 8320 or intel i5 3570k

hi have sabertooth 990 fx r2.0 amd fx 8320 8 core 8 gig g-skills 1333
120 ssd msi radeon hd 7920 be oc and I am thinking of changing to i5 3570k chip and asrock z77 extreme 4 mobo is this move wise or am I better off with what I have?

Do not change your Rig.. Both of them give similar performance.. Though the i5 is a bit better but definitely not worth spending soo much to upgrade from a FX 8320..Stick with the 8320 and overclock it as per your need..

And there is no graphics card by the name HD 7920 so i am assuming you are talking about HD 7970 which is good..

Keep your 8320. It is about equal to the i5 so there is no point in switching...

i was thinking of changing because the ram isnt performing it shoud i had corsair vengance 8gb 1600 mhz and couldnt get it to run write so i sold it and got g-skills 8 gb two sticks 1333 mhz but still when i bench mark its still poor and say it is 866 mhz not 1333 ?

Get 2*4GB 2033Mhz Ram Sticks .. The more the Mhz the better the performance !

What did you check? GPU-z only shows half of the actual speed because in reality 1600MHz ram is running at 800MHz. But then the (Double Data Rate) effectively makes it run at 1600MHz.
