The computer I have at the moment is pretty crappy. My CPU is Intel pentium Dual core E5800 and I have a Nvidia Geforce 2GB Asus Edition GT630 and 6GB RAM. If I was going to upgrade something what should it be? I'll include pictures of the CPU-Z results. Thanks.

I would upgrade your CPU, GPU and motherboard. Your ram is okay for now. What is your budget?

You should upgrade your whole system really. You will need approximately 600-800 depending on options to build a completely new machine.

However if that is not an option for you, you could just upgrade your display card.
7850's or 7870's at their $110-150 prices would be excellent candidates.

That should give you a noticable improvement in games.

Surely then my CPU will bottleneck my graphics card?

you really, i mean really need to upgrade your system. My final recommendation is an fx 6300, the cheapest barebones am3+ motherboard and a 7850.

Undoubtedly there will be some bottlenecking, but you will still get a major performance boost.
And on a budget you have to weight the options, if you can afford the extra 250 or so bucks that it costs to do the platform upgrade then by all means you can do that. Just saying that probably best to go with the cheaper upgrade, use it and see how your system handles it, if you have happy with the performance then no need to get more at this point, if you feel that you are still lacking, do the platform upgrade as well.
